JAMES "JIM" ROSENBERG, PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Jim joined B&C on August 1, 2007. Prior to joining the company, he was President & Chief Operating Officer of Atlanta-based Place Properties, one of the country's premier student housing developers. He has also served as Senior Operating Advisor for GAGFAH/Fortress Investment Group, LLC, which acquires and manages apartments in Germany; President of the Charles Smith Division of Archstone Smith in Washington, DC, a $4 billion high-rise division in Archstone; President & Chief Operating Officer of Winston Hotels, a publicly traded real estate investment trust with $500 million in assets, primarily Hilton Garden Inns and Marriott Courtyards; Senior Vice President of Operations for Six Continents in Atlanta, GA, overseeing 85 hotels in seven countries with 12,000 employees and serving as a member of the Management Committee and Board of Directors for Holiday Inn; Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for Interstate Hotels/Crossroads Hospitality in Pittsburgh, PA; Executive Vice President of Operations for Days Inn; and he also served within the Audit Department of Price Waterhouse in their Hamburg, Winston-Salem and Atlanta offices.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Presbyterian College in 1975 and a Master of International Business Degree from the University of South Carolina in 1977. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

TONY COX, CHIEF REAL ESTATE OFFICER Tony joined B&C in 2000. Tony leads our Real Estate Division with focuses on our Real Estate Sales, Timeshare, Timber Management, Land Management, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, GIS and Property Tax Management Departments. Prior to joining the company he was the Broker-in-Charge of ERA Callihan, Teal, Skelley and also worked with Marsh Winds Development & Realty Corporation, Grand Strand Realty and ERA Paul Realty. Tony is licensed in South Carolina as a Real Estate Broker, Residential Homebuilder, General Contractor, Appraiser and Auctioneer. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina in 1980 with dean’s list honors, and also holds CCIM, GRI, e-Pro and Harvard School of Design certifications. Tony serves on the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and the Board of Directors of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.

BRATTON FENNELL, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Bratton joined B&C in May 2008. Bratton leads our Finance Division with focuses on our Accounting, Capital Budget, Capital Marketing, Operating Budget, Corporate Controller and Internal Auditing Departments. Prior to joining the company, he was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Giant Cement Holding, Inc. a $350 million revenue subsidiary of Spain’s Cementos Portland Valderrivas. He also served as Assurance Service Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of South Carolina in 1985, and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina in 1986. He is community service oriented and in his previous location was a member of the Rotary Club, Treasurer of the Charleston Running Club, a member of South Carolina Association of CPA’s, and an active church member. |

DEREK KRIDER, CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Derek joined B&C in 2006. Derek Leads our Development Division with oversight for all aspects of project development and construction of new business ventures, including Strategic Planning, Acquisitions, New Business Opportunities, Pre-Construction, Construction Management, Land Planning, and Purchasing Departments. Prior to joining the company, he was a Vice President with Choate Construction Company which has offices in Atlanta and Savannah, GA; Charlotte and Raleigh, NC; and Charleston, SC. Derek also managed building projects for Reno Contracting, Roxco Ltd. and Sundt Corporation. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University in June 1990 and has completed two years towards a Master’s Degree in Finance. His professional associations include the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute and service on the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Derek also is a mentor in the Early College High School Program at Horry Georgetown Technical College. |

ANDY TILMONT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Andy joined B&C in 2007. Andy leads our company-wide operations, including Commercial Real Estate, Leasing and Management; Sports, Entertainment and Recreation; Accommodations; Golf Management; Group Sales & Marketing; Resort Operations; Retail Purchasing; Billboards; Insurance, Risk Management & Security; Lease Administration and related Departments. Prior to joining the company, he was Senior Vice President of Asset Management with The Mills Corporation, responsible for European and Southeastern United States assets. Andy also served as Vice President and Group Director with General Growth Properties, Vice President - Asset Management, Operations and Administration with The Rouse Company. He was the Manager of retail projects in Baltimore, Maryland and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from State University of New York. |
