Description

Part time position to greet customers and welcome them to the attraction. Answer customer questions. Operate the touch screen Point of Sale (POS) system for admissions and merchandise sales. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions. Maintain proper security measures over cash handling, receipts and records. Assist with group functions. Assist with inventory control and reporting. Maintain a neat and clean work area.

Experience

Proficient in the use of cash registers and Point of Sale (POS Systems) and cash handling procedures. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written. Positive and effective customer service skills.

Other Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, walk, and handle objects, occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds, and handle routine exposure to hot/cold weather conditions.
